Procurement Services Associates (PSA) Payroll Services
PSA Payroll Services provides the flexibility our clients need in today's market to put full or part-time office personnel on the job without hiring them. You will identify the contractor and PSA will ensure the employee meets Federal Hiring guidelines. Once qualified, the individuals will complete W-4 form and any other forms necessary for employment. PSA will then hire the contractor you recommend and take full employer responsibility for Workers' and Unemployment Compensation, government taxes, insurance and compliance with applicable laws.
For the duration of the assignment, your supervisor in charge will simply approve the bi-weekly hours submitted by our employee. The employee will send us the approved time card; we will process and pay the employee. You'll receive bi-weekly invoices that include the actual salary, payroll costs and an administrative charge.
Our Promise:
We maintain all required personnel and payroll records. We compute and pay out net wages. We withhold all applicable federal, state and local taxes and federal social security payments. We also make required FICA and federal and state unemployment insurance contributions. We fully adhere to all applicable federal and state laws, including wage and hour compliance and government payment schedules. We provide general liability, Professional and Workers' Compensation insurance coverage and are responsible for the acts of our employees within the scope of employment.
